The silver leg is correct. In all 3 OT movies 3Po has the silver leg.
R2-D2 is NOT too big you can compare easily to the promopic.
There is no limitation quoted anywhere yet thats just BS.

here's what i found: Kotobukiya R2-D2 AND C-3PO Model Kit will be arriving (estimated) Jan. 07. the price is listed at $99, which means you'll be able to
snag them for around $80. this info is from a online store. i just don't know what
the rules here are about posting other sites.
