Thanks for the kind words.
RE: The topic---One thing i didn't think of is likeness rights of the actors. That may be tough given the attitude on "sexy" these days. Although these are pretty innocent/playful, I'd wonder if some of the actresses would object to be portrayed in this fashion. Even with our Tooned Up line we had to get approval from some of the actors. Sarah Michelle Gellar and William Katt come to mind. I assume with the older Trek show the rights may have been in the contract.

Eh even if they didn't name them the same characters they could still use a basic likeness.

So it looks like that teased image is a female Spock?
I wish they would give us a line up of TOS female characters: Helen Noel, Andrea, Zarabeth, Kelinda etc.
For those who are fans there would be many female characters they could use with the standards like Uhura Rand, and Nurse Chapel.

^ Yeah unless these really really catch fire, which I doubt because nostalgia does not really sell Bishoujo, this "line" will consist of 2-3 figures.
Star Trek isn't going to bring the sales in this format like Tekken, Street Fighter, Marvel, DC, etc.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Uhura, definitely. But I wouldn't mind a Yeoman Rand alternative just because Grace Whitney always gets the short end of the stick when talking about the early influencers of Star Trek. If it wasn't for her and Nichele, then we wouldn't have this short skirt uniform at all =)

Uhura's mini-skirt dress was so very 60's and looked amazing(!), so I'm hoping for her most of all. I just don't want Cheer-leader Deanna Troi, that was a travesty. (Actually, I adore most of the costumes from the original series so much more. They really went for pushing the boundaries back in the day, lol.)
Just. Not. That...
