no surprise here. matty has some shady practices.

1. really crappy ordering system
2. sells out in 10 mins while it takes 15mins to stay in cue.
3. insanely retarded customer service process based overseas.
4. insanely retarded return process that discourages returns as you will most likely get a refund and no replacement.
5. they say "sold out" so no replacements on defective lions/pilots then 1 month later what do you see? all lions are back for sale.
6. they outright prevented returns so they can sell of their "customer service" stock or a profit instead of using them to replace defective ones that came out months ago.

but of course they can always say the stock they just sold was an exremely small "restock". why didn't they issue an email to previous customers who reported defective lions/pilots and offer a replacement for sealed items at least.

There was a funny video review talking about the customer service. The guy said their representative was rude and belligerent and ended up hanging up on him. I would love to have a perfect Voltron but this is too toy like for me and full of problems it seems.
