so, if I am your neighbor...and I go out on my back porch and smoke a joint every weekend....what wan a militant Coug do about it?
I am a good neighbor by the way. I receive packages for you, I mow your lawn and shovel your drive when I am out doing mine, etc....My wife also brings baked goods over from time to time, and our kids love playing with each other.
So what would you do if you smell weed coming from my backyard?

Do you realize how many MILLIONS of dollars are spent by alcohol and tobacco lobbyists in Washington DC every year?
DO you not think legalizing Marijuana would be worth it if there was a $5 a pack sin tax placed on it that went directly to schools?

the only reason it is illegal is because the southern tabacco farmers lobbied to have declared illegal to secure their crops as the top. Hemp farmers in the 1700 and 1800's were all over the place. Marajuana has more benificial uses than just to make you high. i have hemp shoes. it it used to make rope that is very strong which is used by the US military. It has medical uses. to help relieve vomiting for cancer patients. People who have glaucoma it helps relieve the pain in the eyes. In my youth I did smoke some. I stopped long ago but i cannot condem those who do it. The only way it cost the US money is trying to stop it. It does nto cause cancer ciggs do. All it does is make you hungry and a little slower. I am not saying all drugs should be legal but i would say Majajuana should have a look
