Yes it is. Could have been better if Tim wasn't talking so much while working on it. But I'm happy with it. Just rude of his buddies to keep on yacking.

The way tim does his fast passes, he has a 10 or 15 minute hourglass and sketches as much as he can. In some cases, he'll continue a little bit after the time runs out.

That being said, if it doesn't look like a 10-15 min sketch from tim, then it probably wasn't a $150 fastpass. I've seen him raffle $50 fast head sketches for the hero initiative. That may be the case here. If you saw him only do a few or no fast passes one day, he may have been sketching for HI that day.

His fast passes are 10 minutes. As you can see, I've bought several of those. The Chewie/Yoda was 20 minutes. 10 for me-Chewie, and 10 for my wife-Yoda.
So yes, it was a fast pass. Two fast passes on on piece of paper. 15 minutes of work. 5 minutes of talk. No big deal. Got a rare, one of a kind piece.

I think you are right -it goes about 15 minutes - and Sale does a lot of chatting - but I was really lucky that day - for my Hulk piece, when time ran out he just kept on working. He was having fun with it and said "You know - there are some days where I feel like throwing time out the window" and he just kept on working. It was such a fantastic experience!
