I'm over 40 and too tired at the moment to care about anything other than ibuprofen. I spent the day at the water park with two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old going down far too many water slides. I even went down a "half-pipe" slide that begins with a four-story descent. It was fun, but I am such a foolish, foolish man.

I hope I can get out of bed tomorrow.

Yeah, those can feel like you went to training camp & did some drills with the linebackers. I tricked my wife into going down once. The line "Oparh would say you should try new things" does not work on her anymore.
