I don't know. I liked it if they'd had used a less shiny type paint. Like the yellow version or the DD Milestone one.

I agree. I've thought about having it repainted to match the bust.

Thanks for the great pics!

While the statue's nice, it's not quite there for me. The face is too long and the cowl covering the ear looks like it's been vacuumed sealed to his head. The pose is awkward too. Why would he wrap himself on the steeple like that? Doesn't make him look to heroic.

I think those are more problems with the source material and not the statue itself. It's a pretty good representation of Quesada's art.

Neither the source material nor the sculpt work for me. Doomed from the start as based of Quesada's art.
