What I mean is for Sideshow the bulk of payment is made at the time of delivery.
Only difference is Sideshow charges a NRD and ARH isn't.
Much better feeling not having any money tied up in ARH until they are ready to ship.
Every Sideshow piece I have ever purchased either had to be done in monthly payments or paid in full upfront. The only charges remaining when it ships are the shipping charges and last monthly payment. They never give the option to reserve it until it ships without payment.
I agree Louis seems to be a dedicated hard working employee who is trying his best but can't control things around him to speed things up.
As a waiting customer i just wish in these "quiet times" someone would make the few in house statues and get them sent out before the large China shipment arrives and then the back ordered in house statues will be on the back burner again due to inspection and shipping taking up their time. After all if it's a matter of costs how can ARH afford chemicals and paint for new prototype statues in the works and not spend the material cost on already paid for back ordered statues? Seems like happy older customers would make sales of new statues easier and boost the ARH reputation.
