I don’t think so. When he’s beaten in the movie he is younger and shirtless. This statue looks like the mature version of Darkseid

I think in this JL line from P1 only Darkseid, Cyborg and Flash draw my attention, the big three have not enough likeness to push me to get them unfortunately.

Prior to Queen and Infinity hitting the market, the likeness’ imo were as good as we could expect. But nowadays it’s a totally different story.

That said I have the original 6, plus the 1/2 scale Trinity and they continue to be some of my favourite pieces in my collection.

But to be honest I don’t have a single Prime 1 preorder, whereas I’ve got like a dozen across Queen and JND. And I’m still eyeing the Batman and Superman busts from Infinity.

Iv been waiting for a 1/3 darkseid for years that I liked and I was hoping prime 1 would do this incarnation and for me they nailed it

My only concern is the light up feature

It looks so good with it on but let’s be real we can’t keep in on forever and it won’t last that long anyway so that has me thinking honestly

Looks good with out the light up eyes but damn the light up eyes are insane

I just think I have to accept I don’t really care for the design of the movie Darkseid. It’s just to thin for my tastes. I do love Steppenwolf and Desaad though.
