With all due respect, do you personally know who complained to eBay and for what reason? If not, why make such a blanket generalization without knowing for sure yourself what in fact is up?

Just so you guys are aware, you don't get your ebay account closed because of negative feedbacks. You get your account closed when people start complaining to ebay and they (ebay) find you at fault.

I have a bunch of Pre-Orders with him and have sent him hundreds of dollars. I check his feedback alot and often see people leaving positive feedback for items that are not shipping for months. That always seems suspicious to me. I'm glad some people on here have had positive dealings with him. Hopefully this all works out for us and Baystatecomics. I started this thread to make people aware because I figured that I was not the only one with pre-orders.

I too have never had any problems with Tony. I've gotten 5 or 6 pre-orders with no complaints. I still have a few things ordered that I have to get so I'll wait patiently. I'm also waiting for a replacement Scorpion Statue that DHL broke which he's taking care of the insurance claim.

as reassuring as you guys sound, this is exactly what happened with onlinetradingatl who did a bunch of preorders and in the middle on nowhere went MIA.

I would never do preorders on ebay. too mcuh risk involved to save just a bit of money in comparison to what you paid to preorder from places like comicstatues.com

One major difference is that OnlineTradingAtl was an ebay ops only. BSC has an actual storefront and an internet store.

OnlineTradingAtl went away a day after I won an auction. I got my money back from Paypal no problem.
