So that's the collectible you were calling me about. I'd imagine that's worth a pretty penny to the right collector.

Jay Leno was the master of ceremony. Hugh then gave a speach, then put his hands in cement. He then signed his name in the cement. Hugh then came over to me and handed me the metal instrument that he signed the cement with. I thought oh cool atleast I will no what it was for. I then looked at it, and it's engraved. It says Hugh Jackman Hand and Foot Print Ceremony April 21, 2009 Graumen's Chinese Theatre. I about fell over... I collect autographs but this is the best thing I have got from a celebrity.

He then went back did his foot prints, then he came over to do autographs. They were handing out these foam Wolverine gloves that were black. I knew he was going to need a silver sharpie to sign them for everyone. I told him he could keep my pens, and he did. He then signed my X-2 cast shot that already has Halle Berry, and James Marsden on it. I then asked for a photo with him. He said I will only do it for you today. Woohoo.. I then asked him to sign my X-men Orgins cast shot and he did.. I got a photo with him, 2 autographs, and the instrument he signed with. I included pictures of the stuff. I took pictures of it, so sorry for the poor quality. I can't get the instrument in focus, but it's twice the width of a pencil, and a little longer and it's metal...
sounds like a lot of fun. congrats on your acquisitions and a great day with what seems to be a real down to earth guy. i bet hugh didn't even know his name was engraved on the writing tool. it may be something he would of liked to keep. you should contact his people about returning it. it may yield even better goodies if they want to give you something in return...like a wolverine claw glove!!!???

I would not know how to get in touch with his people. I'm sure he probably knew what it was.

they had it engraved for the star to possess as a keepsake, otherwise they probably would have given him a chopstick.
