hi frank,
- does this mean that there is no cost to international buyers for this replacement base?
- does the regular kiani statues have the same problem?
Thanks.

Most awesome, I'll shoot an email to Chris as the statue is now back home with me in Indonesia not Singapore anymore.
Thanks Frank and Aspen team.

Hey Frank,
Grat news, any word about the bad prints as well. I sent my #'s to Chris awhile ago and would like my replacements. Also could you also put some info up on completing the Faux Bronze as we were told it was on hold until the lava base was fixed. I for one don't see any reason why it was delayed as it was based on the original statue base. It has been a very long wait and of couse twice as expensive to the lava.

I was really worried about this whole situation. For me this is certainly unforseen and I must say I'm very pleased. From now on I'll purchase from Aspen with contentment knowing that you'll do whatever is necessary to solve a problem. I do not love this statue I worship it; that's why I was so frustrated and hearth broken. But that's all history now ...THANK YOU Aspen.

another good thing is we're not ask by Aspen to photograph us breaking our base before we can be issued one in return

This is awesome news, thanks Frank, you guys are a class act! The only other question I have is about the damaged prints. I sent mine back as Chris requested, but never heard when I will get my new one. Thanks in advance.
