There were a few guys shown in the latest ish who's heads I thought I saw on Frank's Trophy Walk. And is that supposed to be Spiderman (patient Zero) who's so bulked up on the cover? I thought it was venom he was so huge. I loved how he slowly shrank down to a more realistic size as the issue unfolded.

About the heads(of the ones shown alive in this issue) I remember the Kingpin & Scorpio. Who wouldn't know that Punisher was a collector himself? he collects heads even of those he didn't killed lol.
Spidey looks bulk because he let emerge his bestial side(and I guess he had hit the meal more often) that's why I'm intrigued about his 'legacy'.

I guess Maberry wasn't specific about that particular image so Parlov got wild with the heads.

Just out of curosity, did everybody who enjoyed this like Garth Ennis Punisher kills the marvel universe?
Because I didn't really like it. But I love G.E run on Punisher starting from Welcome back Frank and even the Max series
