You should try calling the Seller from a gas station while filling up to see if something can be worked out.

I always send things USPS Priority Mail International through paypal and it gives a tracking # and tracks it right to their door.

Best part is - I still go there - AND I talked to the guy who runs the station. I told him what the other guy was saying - and the next time I went there - the gas station attendant's boss actually had him apologize to me - so yeah - now I can call from the pump all I want
