Art of fighting 2 on the Neo Geo is my all time fav 2D fighting game. The reason it never broke through as it should have is because it was insanely hard and people passed on it. The game realy shined once you got into it player vs player, it's gameplay blew Streetfighter 2's out of the water at the time but no one knew...

Ok, if you also get the Tekken and KOF licenses I'm officially poor..and happy to be so 
Final Fight I voted too, but the most iconic characters (except maybe Damnd and Edi.E) are in SF already.

Oh, I knew, spent a lot of quarter on that game
Sure, it was hard, but once you got the pattern (cpu was unable to block fireballs after an hard knockdown like a throw) you could easily clear the game with every character, Geese included.
Super moves were flashy and I loved the characters, but still think SF was technically superior.

Killer instict has a big advantage here, out of the whole selection it's the one who got the most recent and flashy update.
