The quality is excellent. Of course when you mass produce many pieces you are bound to have issues with a few. As I'm typing this, I'm looking at the MK Klassic Liu Kang that I received a couple of weeks ago and it's amazing man!

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Well, tbh delays are not a big deal I mean every company has delays!! I have p1 DS on order for a long time now and man, it keeps getting delayed!!
my point, nearly all statues have delays nowadays haha

I sincerely appreciate everyones kind words and your choice to collect from PCS because I sure know you have tons of choices these days.
We honestly do our very best. As a collector myself its important to me that everything we produce is something i would feel good about buying.
Thats why when something like the Sorceress issue happens its so frustrating because i cant personally be everywhere at once. I have to rely on others and sometimes they drop the ball.
All i can do is try and make it right.

I was about to mention sorceress was the only one I had a issue with a quick no replacements notice on release and it was one of the best statue I ever wanted. If not the most. She's amazing! But just when I thought this time I'm outta luck and then Jerry replies to fix it up for me and others. So happy now and thanks for all your help.

Excited about these recent devlopments. I also came to PCS from the SOTA figures, and it's great that it makes business sense, once again, to get back into figures!

I've had no issues collecting pcs pieces. They were the first company I purchased a statue from and I've thoroughly enjoyed every piece I've purchased. Well worth the money imo.

PCS quality always close to Proto and i never deny that...just like everyone mentioned here PCS need to focus on delivery date.
since PCS growing bigger and better they need focus more and more at certain area for improvement.
Jerry you're the man..

I like how you said you were gonna put the brakes and dial it back with all the variants.
I wish PCS can dial it back further to 2007 and sculpt today's bodies with a more matte finish. The glossy or semi-glossy look of today's character skin is off putting for me, for example..E.Honda, new Ryu and Lui Kang. The matte finish for OG Shin, OG Ryu and Sagat display much better. If not, I'm sure you have legitimate reasons for the change that I am unaware of.
Puro PCS!

I agree with Bornthugs about the delivery issue. Furthermore, it would be awesome if the factories can begin producing the statues and PCS opens the PO to the public. I know little about the manufacturing process so this was just a thought.
Hey Bornthugs...Did you ever sell your Scorpion PO for $1,800?

I used to have a couple of Jerry's original mm line: ken, Cammy, and gief, and they're were nice.
Haven't collected pcs in years so I'm a new to how they are today.
I'm expecting great things.
