Definitely pass. He looks like some little kid that is crying over spilt milk.
I do like the theme of a dead Elektra though. Never liked her.
Bullseye snickering in the background would definitely make me want to buy it. lol. He rocks.

Good example of a comic book cover that DOES NOT need the 3-D statue treatment.
Cool poses are one thing but why create dioramas or statues of covers?
Learn from DC Direct: That lame JLA vs Starro thing is just cheesy. Likewise, with the new "Factory Figure" format DC figures like Silver Age Flash running out of a film reel, or the first appearance of the Golden Age Batman that looks like he's about to crap on the rooftop--BAD IDEA.
Sometimes art is left best in its original form.
