I'm pretty sure the Prime 1 Studios version will be better than the Darkside Collectables version, so i'd go for the P1 1/3 1989 Batman.......

I would personally hold on for another 1:3 statue company version, but thats just me

Based on the photo of BW's face above, I'd say P1/Blitzway has better likeness and paint application.
However, DSC might be less expensive in comparison.
