Well said. I just wish George could figure that out. We need to build talent rather than trying to buy it. IMHO it would be a lot easier and more successful to develop a player to fit your system than to buy a player and try to make him fit your system.

The Yankees need to rebuild from within... There aren't too many teams out there that are gonna try to help the Blankees by picking up their trash for some decent pitching....
