Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Yep that`s the palisades alien queen.
It`s weird seeing that old pic of my display, it`s changed ALOT since then (though so has my bank balance )

I think orange is best. Someone posted his HH statue collection against an orange backdrop and it made the colors on the statues more vibrant.

A dark color is nice. I just painted my whole room, I painted it very dark grey with a little metallic touch in it. It makes the statues come out real nice, the darker statues just as good as the lighter ones. You should look into a dark greyish color, I love it. Also, a dark wall is cooler with lighitng then a for example white wall; especially with the LED bars from Ikea.

I'm in the process of putting my collection room together and before assembling all my cabinets I had planned on painting the room a color but eventually decided to stay neutral with white. I figured it would work best keeping the focus on the collectibles. Plus everything looks good with a white or neutral background so I figured it was the safest choice.

Thanks for the replies so far guys. I'm still undecided but toying with either a cream/natural colour or a very light grey/blue. I always tend to go with the safe cream and was hoping I could be a bit more adventurous with my choice of colour without detracting from my statues. Some great photos so far, thanks. Giving me some ideas
