I guess it depends on our "age & time era":

For me...

* The Best TV SERIES about TIME TRAVEL is VOYAGERS!.

* The Best MOVIE about TIME TRAVEL is BACK TO THE FUTURE.

Both triggered my imagination & intellect that such a thing is POSSIBLE.



Which is why I am getting the upcoming license lifesize Flux Capacitor Prop Replica which makes TIME TRAVEL possible in the Back to the Future Movie:



And I am still waiting for someone to release a license lifesize Voyagers! Time Travel Guide Book Prop Replica & a license lifesize Omni hand-held Device Prop Replica which makes TIME TRAVEL possible in the Voyagers! Movie:

Yes it did...I was trying to think of it as well...but could not remember the name...It had to do with "cloaking" devices in WWII...Good movie with a really sad ending...

Also I liked Terminator and Star Trek City on the Edge of Forever

Some not mentioned that have varying degrees of decency are

Planet of the Apes (although I don't know if suspended animation meets the def of time travel)
The Butterfly Effect
Freejack
Twice Upon a Yesterday
The Jacket
