Celts want it more. They have this one in the bag. They will take one from the Lakers in LA...then wrap it up at home.

The Celtics are my favourite team, but playing the Lakers in the NBA finals... it isn't in the bag until they win 4. The Lakers are a great team and they will be coming out with guns blazing for game 3.

The Celtics had a few games in earlier series where their opponents went to the line a lot more than they did. That's just the way it goes sometimes, it doesn't mean the refs are trying to help a certain team win. The Celtics have just been more agressive and the Lakers big guys are soft. They're better suited for the WNBA.
Also, the Celtics are a great defensive team, so they are more likely to get the benefit of the doubt on some calls in the paint. The Lakers aren't a very good defensive team so they aren't as likely to get some of those calls when playing defense in the paint.

Well, I was disappointed with the Cletics' play last night. The Lakers actually took it to the hoop more last night so they got to the line more. They even played better defensively. I'll give them credit, they were the better team last night. Pierce and Garnett should rebound from their terrible shooting and play better Thursday.

Well, the biggest whiner in the game, Phil Jackson, complained to the NBA so the Lakers got most of the foul calls last night.
Heck...Kobe went to the line 18 times and some of those were phantom calls.
