I'm getting a big bonus in July and i want the CM Predator but I don't know when it is going to be released and if they have a payment plan or anything. I need some info....

The latest release date that's being thrown around for the Predator is September of this year. However, it's highly unlikely it will be so soon.
Cinemaquette don't do payment plans that I'm aware of.
I believe you'll have plenty of time to save for this maquette if you start now, as I can't see this piece being up for order anytime soon.
