Hard to say. Watch the teaser trailer again and during the courtroom scene, there seems to be a yellow/sepia filter applied during the indoor and daylight. All the night scenes look bluish, but that makes sense.

Superman actually being the one that shot Bruce's parents would also be "interesting and different", so let's throw that in there too. also Alfred is actually a cyborg from the future, because hell that'd be pretty darn interesting.

I've yet to see a photo of this Batman where he doesn't look "chunky". Is his look supposed to demonstrate a certain age? The look of a seasoned crime fighter? Maybe it's because he had that look in the Miller' Dark Knight books or the background cape.
