I paid for a blanka p1 exclusive three months ago they send me a Fedex tracking number end of September. It literally hasn’t moved from California to this date since then they have said they will ship me a new one and sent me a new tracking number and aurora keeps insisting it’s sent but all I can see is “label created” for the last two weeks. So that is just another bogus tracking number. I am hoping this gets sorted and I am glad I am still in the 6 month Paypal buyer protiectikn period.
It seems the carrier lost your statue. The delay was due to QC issues that we had to fix in house before shipping them out, but your statue not moving was no fault of ours. Rather than make you deal with them, we were happy to send you a new statue while we took care of the lost statue. Hope you get it soon!
This second Statue is also saying label created for the last two weeks and I’m getting no response from aurora. I get all my statues shipped to me via Fedex wether it’s PCs or sideshow and I’ve never had this problem. Can you please update me on the shipping status.

Not saying this is the case, but when mine (an older order) wasnt moving...it turned out it was sitting on the floor and the courier must have just missed it.

Thank you for giving me an easier one to answer. Be sure to update the shipping address on your PayPal account as we use that address when we send out the shipping invoices (you always have the opportunity to change your address then too) for orders not placed on the new website. Be sure to update your address on your account on our website as well if you haven't done so already.
