BTW, I have various XM orders with 4 different vendors and I've yet to receive a notice from any of them that my orders were cancelled.
I guess if it is true, the plus side is I'll get about $5000+ back in deposits

Was just talking with one of the resellers. Looks like there may be some truth to these rumours.
He did say however, anyone who has current orders with secret compass should be safe.

im just glad im not a comic statue collector primarily. i have moved on to movie replicas and video games. might have to sell mags and wolverine and just move on from xm marvel. although the star wars line might make me stay.

Also orders for future statues, like Thanos,....? What about the official distributors like Simply Toys? What about the Europeans, are they safe since XM has an official EU-site?
