There was a big fuss about the saluting hand not being correct. I know nothing about saluting so what is a perfect example? Anyone post a refernce pic? Or is this fixed up?...

If its not fixed why dont XM just do a switch out saluting hand?

The hand should be flat and fairly level with the ground, but as I stated when I first saw this, it looks like they are going for mid-salute. His hand looks like it's in the middle of coming toward his face, so it will stiffen and move toward the edge of the eyebrow. That's how I see it anyway.

Each service has their own version of the salute. Even with those standards I have seen all kinds.
I have been in the Military for almost 12 years and I have no issues with his salute. It's a statue. It looks cool. That's all I need it to do. The people complaining need to find another hobby besides statues.
