US FedEx does allow filing claims on their website, but looks like that option is not available on the AU FedEx site so you'd have to email or call them instead.

Last Christmas (2020), I had FedEx absolutely destroy a package I sent someone. Not just the box itself, but the contents were damaged as well. I complained and they responded right away apologizing, and said someone would be in touch with me but I never heard from anyone after that. Hopefully you have better luck with their customer service, BigMo.

I have had a lot of success with Fedex over here, many more issues with UPS.

A little late to the game but just placed my order for the open mouth raptor. It’s going to be my first JP piece. Very excited to get this.
