It looks better than the first attempt but still very doll-like and lifeless, IMO.

I agree. She looks best from that high angle view, when she's above the eye level.
however, her eyes are supposed to be positioned up so that she's still looking at us.

The hair looks weak compared to Ininity Studio busts.
The direction (downwards) of her eyes might look better looking slightly more upwards/forward.
Everything else looks pretty good.
Sculpted hair might have been the way to go.
