Man that queen print looks horrible. So stretched out...poor quality. No wonder they reduced the size.

Atlesst sideshow has a huge queen print. As long as they are happy.

These prints are out of control.

Which is 100% true. They are not advertised as being hand signed.
You're right but the wording is not clear as evidenced by those that are surprised by this.

I believe Sideshow owes it to their customers to be crystal clear on this issue.

Would anyone actually desire an automated signature added to print in pencil other than to have it appear as if it were actually signed?

Especially when the image itself already contains the artist's signature? Why not just print it with the rest of the print? Is there an actual reason other than to create a false sense that the print was actually signed whether so advertised or not?

The intent was to include the artist's signature(s) on the print. Not all pieces of art produced have carried all artist(s) signatures on the original artwork created but through this method all artists involved can be included in the final printing of the pieces.

Yeah I concur and that's why I feel sideshow are shady money mongers! Shady business practices with these guys and its only getting worse with each release ....

Just glad I'm no longer drinking sideshows punch and mind tricked with their tricks and illusions...

Still disappointing for so much effort to be expended at creating a misleading illusion.

When the runs of these were around 250 it was reasonable that Artgerm might take a few hours and quickly sketch sign these.

The result of this action regardless is that many customers believed to be getting something signed.

A term like automated or reproduction would have gone a long way to prevent this.

Yeah consider the pot stirred.

Even when I read that you were going to ask I thought there's no way they're not signed.

So glad you did!

Im on board with this, thoroughly disappointed these arent actually signed I was under the impression they were too. I commented in the Ask Sideshow thread before this post. I was on the fence about anymore expensive framed high Ed prints but now Im completely done.

Ebay flippers better start reducing prices lol.
