I'm on a payment plan for the Berserker armor but with all these horror stories about statue coming in wet and with mold inside I'm about to cancel it and just keep Nosferatu Zodd and moved on to another line.

It was completely recalled so if u haven’t gotten it yet you’ll get a good one just no telling when that will be.

It was not a thing that they sent emails to the buyers. It’s a recall if you found out about it and contacted ss. I had no emails or a clue till I read this forum and so I contacted them. They said I have to inspect the box and let them
Know if there’s a problem.

Thank you! I have a bunch more Including Tsume Majin Vegeta. At one point I had about 30 DBZ statues (mostly 1/6 unlicensed). After getting into Prime 1 I realized my money is better spent on the quality and presence of 1/4 scale statues. Since then I've been selling off all my 1/6 stuff. Only have about 11 left. Going to keep the 2 in the picture along with Tsume Vegeta. Also getting Tsume Broly later this year!

So today I contacted Sideshow inquiring about my Berserker order and this is what customer service told me:

At this time, Prime 1 Studio has initiated a recall of Sideshow’s shipment of this piece. As such, a full refund of the last payment processed will be issued to the original payment method. If your order was on a flexible payment plan, the final payment and shipping will be refunded. If you opted for a single payment, the payment amount and shipping will be refunded.

We hope to have more information shortly on when we will be able to process your final balance and ship this statue and will update you as soon as possible.

Many of us at Sideshow are collectors ourselves, and we understand the disappointment that results when a situation such as this one arises. Your patience and understanding is genuinely appreciated and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

It has been on waitlist for months on SS. Kinda a dick move on prime 1 on this on SS pre orders ... there are now several pieces of the ex that are not the same since their only reseller is getting the shaft on this. Then ppl wonder why ss is not posting new items...
