Good question. And why not use other shippers like UPS or USPS as well. I know they use USPS for international shipments.

ARH:he Death Dealer is incredible, and we have not received any reports of damages during shipment. This alone is already a blessing!
Customer:This is not correct. I recieved my DD1 two weeks ago. It is incredible but the Horse was damaged. I did report this via e-mail and confirmed over the phone with Spencer that you received the pictures. He said he would show you the pictures and get back to me. I am waiting now to hear back. I will need a replacement horse.
And didn't someone on this forum report paint damage on the legs? (maybe the same issue?)
