It looks like Balrog, Guile, Urien, Ibuki, Juri, and Alex.

Why would Balrog be wearing something will the Illuminati eye if he is still part of Bisons Four Kings?

Not to mention the stages behind the characters seem to tie to them. Urien in New York and Balrog in the waterfall stage dont seem to match up. Urien should be in the waterfall stage as it has been tied to Gills stage from III.

So just Balrog, Urien, and Alex being shifted around.

There are no shenanigans by Capcom here.

For one, I wouldn't use the stages in the background for reference as they are likely to mean nothing. If you look at the stage behind Ibuki, the statue is part of the Kanzuki Estate stage (http://cdn2-www.playstationlifestyle...tervkarin5.png). The stage behind Juri seems to be part of the Bustling Side Street stage (https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/360/19...ce4a0479_b.jpg).

Secondly, the symbol on Balrog's clothing is not an Illuminati symbol. The Illuminati uses a pyramid symbol. The symbol we see here could just be Shadaloo or Buffalo related (and possibly unfinished).

Depends on the game, some games use a compatibility mode ( MKX, Skullgirls ) but some won't pick up the stick at all.

Whether SFV will who knows...although USF4 on PS4 did support PS3 sticks with some shenanigans.
