Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

If the 2 of them are about the same weight, that's perfect.

Don't think so. I owned the P1 bust and when you compare it to the size it was a pretty light bust too. Don't really get the backlash that this piece receives especially on youtube. Why does it have to be heavy? Why is that a measurement of value?
I think it is a gorgeous piece and I'd be happy to own it. As it is, it seems I missed out on this one.

Ps: Love the rubber quills. That was a great idea from the shipping point of view. Our friends in Japan know what they are doing.

The weight thing is a bit ridiculous anyway. Someday we'll have materials that will be much more resistant to damage and weight nothing. People equate weight with thick castings and theoretically more resistant to damage but anyone who has seen a heavy resin piece fall know that this is ridiculous. The ONE advantage is reduction in crack and damage from transmission of force during shipping from China but you don't need 50 pounds of resin to prevent that.

Many pieces including this one display great and as long as the detail and quality paint job is there, the weight has literally ZERO importance.

Question

Does anyone have a photo of this P2 lifesize with the P2 LSB, and that large P2 statue all in one.

Heavy statues are just intuitively more valuable as most of our prior experience comes from marble, stone, etc. being used for classically significant statues.
And at the end of it these things are all about individual perception.

Most know polystone is fragile as heck and will shatter from slight vibrations.

Plus the day of quality items being made that weigh nothing has occured yet so the preference remains.

Great photos by Averone, P2 looks like the Angry Birds cartoon there.
