This is great piece but had QC issues for me and prime one is sending me a new base..Had issues with prime one in the past and they seem to be fixing their customer service problems better..They also told me that too.We will see how fast this replacement base comes.

Couple things. It's a rainy British day with little light, I am also using a six year old nokia for the pics.

Moving soon, don't want to risk damage, kept as much in the box as possible, only took the base, body and one arm out.

The pictures just do not capture what I see in person, this paint app is excellent, clean lines, don't see anything out of place, very happy! Looks much better in person.

No issues with the fabric.

Some nice touches i picked up on.
The arm has a plastic cover over the magnet to reduce chips, always worrying when the polystone snaps together.
There is metal housing for the foot peg that sits in the base.

There are some finicky things I have to do like wrapping the Flamethrower and Pulse Rifle together. My grenade sling is abit loose, needs tightening.

Well if you zoom on pic, you can see a chip on the front beam going across and a scuff mark on the pipe.This happen at the factory as no broken parts were in the box.(nice QC when packing this up too) Also in the top back that holds part of the tentacles in place, a piece is broken off.Lastly the clear plexiglass inside the base has bubbles and marks all over it..but is not noticeable when the lights are on..So, maybe they are suppose to look that way?Will see when get the new base.. Was going to just keep it and fix most of the problems but they would not give me a discount because of Bliztway being involve.

Did Prime 1 send you a new base and had you destroy the old one?

I ran into a couple issues with the Prime 1 Frodo/Gollum 1:4 statue - the 1:1 bonus chain for the ring was not included and Frodo's left arm does not peg in flush to the rest of the statue.

I ordered through SpecFic, I need to contact Todd soon.
