Your references were a great inspiration! Thanks for taking time to send us those cool pictures!
That soldier is an ARH homage to you and all the other real American heroes!

This is an American soldier with uniform and gear from IRAQ war. We will have it painted with the current colors of Army desert camouflage!

It would be cool to do an urban camo variant though. Do a limited run and sell it as a chase figure!

This way you mess up with my line, and it's one less statue for you to sculpt!!! LOL
But seriously, I do not want to do that because my intention is to have a big line of statues with different gear and poses.
The SWAT guy will have two versions, Stealth and Regular, but the soldier and Firefighter only one!

I was thinking about the uniform of the soldier and I remembered the they are computer gererated designed with random squares and patterns! How are we going to make this happen?
It will be a very challanging paint job!

Well... We won't use this pattern since it is impoosible to reproduce it by hand, but we will certainly have a cool paint job!

the new digital patterns are still pretty new. when i was in afganistan in 2004 they were just starting to come out. my unit in afghanistan and our sister unit that was deployed to iraq from 2004-2005 still wore the reular desert camo. so painting the statue with desert camo and not the digital will still be authentic since a lot of units deployed using that uniform
on a side note i wish i got to wear the new digital uniforms. the best thing about them is when you are not deployed and at your base the uniforms are wash and wear. the old uniforms use to have to be starched and pressed when in garrison along with boots have to be shined. the new uniforms are just wash and wear, no pressing or having to use a whole can of starch and no more spit shinning boots. i cant tell you how much time that would have saved. there was nothing worse than getting up at 5 to get to work by 6 then working to 6. then get home around 7 eat then press your uniform and shine your boots till its time to go to sleep. then get up and do it all over. must be nice to not have to do that anymore
