If an excl. statue not selling out in three months is an indication of a line on the ropes then SS and Prime 1 must be on the verge of bankruptcy. And SS not releasing the Joker yet doesn't mean a thing outside the fact it's not ready yet or SS isn't ready to release it yet, nothing more.

Yes we will. SS has already said their willingness to continue with the line will depend on the success of Batman and the Joker. Not only is there nothing unusual about a statue not selling out quickly anymore, the new norm is that they don't. And there's nothing unusual about SS providing a sneak peek of an unpainted prototype and not having it up for pre-order within three months. Obviously SS can do whatever they want, but unless the sales of Batman have been a complete disaster it would make no sense for them to pull the plug after already putting so much time and effort into a Joker prototype that they've already produced.

I use to love the days when pieces would go within an hour, like the Speeder Bike Pf in 2007. When we had PPO and could get excited about a pre-order.
It's rare for a piece already sculpted to not come up for order The
Oconnel Pf got canceled and Luke Leia diorama, Catwoman LSF, Jones LSF.

I think this line is questionable to continue on so far. Unless Sideshow is smart and releases that WOW Joker and gives this a shot in the arm. Just my opinion...

Love the concept of this piece..
This shows creative freedom and how criminals perceive Batman.
Pre ordered and the scale was the only thing that made me hesitate but it's still a big piece and I don't mind displaying this as a stand alone piece if it looks out of place with my 1/4 scales.

Why can't we get a Green Lantern Universe comiquette line? It's painfully clear that SS has no interest in doing PFs for those characters. Why not show off the various GLs like Guy Gardner, John Stewart, and Kyle in 1:5 scale in addition to the various Lantern Corps.

This Gotham line has some creativity but I think there must be some serious Batman fatigue setting in. Why not cater to the GL fans for a bit. I guarantee you'd get more than 2 statues out before having to cancel it.
