Some of you are putting way too much thought into this, the person buying it didn't have a problem with it and that's all that matters, let it go.

Interesting to hear that the text was a request from James - cool!

Usually it's Adam who adds some fun text which most find amusing and complementary to the piece.

Yeah, the sense of humor text is part of his signature.
But like some of others here I would've preferred without it.

On a side note, why does Adam look miserable in every pic he is in ? If i made six grand in one weekend I would have a big smile on my face from ear to ear.


(Just wanted to note that this is not a knock on Adam, I love his work)

I agree some pieces benefit from text but the real skill is to know when to omit it. The face looks alot different from what I have seen before from AH. Great piece non the less.
