Exactly. Take Blu Ray for example. Standard edition is basically the movie maybe with a few extra features. The Collector Editions always have more, i.e. a Steelbox or limited cover, extra bonus features not available on the standard edition or even alternate cuts of the film.

All this angst about flippers. I don't love em I don't hate em. I certainly think the listings on ebay are crazy high. They can put it up for $10,000 and if someone decides to spend their money in that way I don't care. You don't have to like flippers but you must know they will never stop selling. Just because I am a so called true collector doesn't mean I'm only entitled to order. it's just part of this and other hobbies.
