Yeah, it is a downer. I didn't even remove her from the box yet. Don't see the point since there was already an issue exposed.

It was just a piece of black foam wedged in there.
PHEW!
BTW, this statue is unbelievably cute. Probably one of the best done statues I've seen.
Review coming soon.

Sounds about right.  Had a couple of worries after my initial unboxing due to the foam too. Stuff just sheds everywhere on her. Glad she lives up to the hype we all put on her, looking forward to the review!

I had quite an exciting day. Got Mandy this morning and then Queen of the Dead tonight. Talk about two completely different pieces. Love them both. Mandy makes me want to run through a field of daisies and Queenie makes me want to run over them with a weedwacker, lol.

Hahaha...glad to hear it was just a piece of black foam. Mandy is definitely cute as a button with a tease mixed for good measure. It's probably one of my more joyous statues to display as she really brightens the mood of the room.
Looking forward to your always excellent, thorough reviews! Make sure we get plenty of close ups of her pair of...eyes!
