You got that right. I?ve actually cancelled an order after dealing with an ambassador and unable to get a CS rep. I just said eff it.

I have had declines in the past, and i simply tried again. Sometimes due to the UK US time difference, i think my bank likes to decline a payment if it is being taken at 3am for example, as it it probably looks odd to the Bank Bot A.I.
It?s better to call them rather than email. Quicker response.

I just call them know. It’s much quicker process.

Are Sideshow Ambassador's on the payoll?

The Sideshow chat Bot really is useless.
The Sideshow Ambassador's are atleast human, friendly, but ultimately cannot help.
The above paths all lead to a CS rep which only work during business hours, which is fair enough.

Email sent. Two days to respond

UKshaun, don't give up! You're so close now, in landing this beastly catch. Your Juggernaut quest can't end like this(?), as in retrospect you'd view it as monumental miss.

And to be frank, after England's World Cup exit, & now this? Just too much.

Good luck.

France deserved to win, they scored 2 goals.
England only managed 1 goal, and it was a penalty. England got the chance of a 2nd goal in the form of a 2nd penalty, and they stuffed it up. Oh well..

After some back and forth with a SSC CS agent, they agreed that i could place another other for Jug's.
Once i had placed that order, they would apply the discount code i used when i placed the original order (that they went on to cancel)

The issue is, they appear to have removed the payment plan option, and replaced it with an alternative called affirm

The issue with affirm is, they add interest.

12 Months - $154.20 interest
18 Months - $227.98 interest
24 Months - $303.56 interest

12 Months is the shortest option. It adds $154.20 interest to the statue.
I think it makes sense to give up on Jug's and loose my $160.00 deposit, and avoid getting involved with pre_ordering in the future.

Sideshow should refund that deposit IMO, but there is zero chance I would pay an additional $154 in interest.
