Because you don't know what else Sideshow will put up for pre-order in the foreseeable future, and because Sideshow won't transfer your NRD to newer pre-orders. And if there is no ES determined, there is no rush to order, since it's not likely to sell-out soon.

Yeah I hear ya it’s not about how many or exclusives for me I just think at this price point they should be upfront if it’s a million just say a million well anyway think this’ll be my last sideshow visit and post in the sideshow section so happy collecting to all
