Besides the already announced Kylo...it's estimated that there could be up to 7 or so Star Wars PFs made known (some up for Pre-Order while some will just be announcements that will be ready to Pre-Order in 2017).
Yes, more Force Awakens items are in the works.
We don't have much in development for Episodes 1, 2 or 3.

My understanding with Mortighull is that another design of him is being done but that the original one shown off will be released in the future.
Shieve is still a product that will be available for Pre-Order in the future.
Red Death has been an extremely challenging item to produce. Some material and engineering changes had to occur with the item due to breakages that were coming through on samples. The paint applications weren't to the liking of the team in charge, so that caused delays. But it does look as if this item will be crossing the finish line soon as we received a final shipping sample recently, so barring a delay (port strike, transportation issue, issue at the factory producing the item) it should have no more delays. *crossing fingers*
No Life-Size Bust Court of the Dead collectibles are planned for Pre-Order at this time but that could change of course.

13 inches wide, 21 inches in length, and over 20 inches in height are the specs for the Alien King Maquette.
