That's the key for me. I don't mind a bit more intricacy in the base, as long as it doesn't start demanding a disproportionate amount of space.
In saying that, I do like the relatively simple platforms of the Super Powers line. The figures have been so well done that they really haven't needed any embellishment.

One thing I do not want to see is the base overpowering the statue or the base being half of the piece itself. I recall there were a few Bowen statues (Daredevil and Spider-Woman on Gargoyle) that seemed to be more base than statue. So far I do not think that Tweeterhead has gone overboard on the bases but I would not want to see any of the bases to be larger than the Catwoman statue base.

Agreed. Prefer the focus to be the character not the base.

And the villains are much less likely to have yet another gargoyle. Not like that's just a TH thing, not even close.
This line could have anything DC, right? The first two being Batman villains isn't necessarily indicative?

I collected 1/4 for years and I had an epiphany one day that I really didn't like them as a collectible. 1/6th scale is my favorite scale by far.

It really is a great sweet spot of price, size, and detail.
Only issue is that the other big DC 1/6 maker is XM and their stuff is like $500 in the US. If only the DC Designer series had expanded instead of shut down.
