Fill your plate, give it to the cook, pick one of the 8 sauses, eat, repeat...
For newyears there is also lobster and dear and whatnot
There are other tables with different foods, the ones shown are just the ones that need cooking. Man I cant wait till newyear...

Actually aside from the pernil we're having pasteles which is like Tamales but made of green bananas, potatoes & yuca.
