I'm doing the same. Too many rehashes. Why not redo much older figures? And it seems like Hot Toys edition sizes have increased as well. Not good.

I would recommend waiting until they reveal the head sculpt and full range of accessories. If the head isn't a significant improvement, I'm not sure it would be worth the hassle and expense of selling the one and buying the other.

I can't see the head not being an improvement. HT have always trumped their previous work

My only concern is the upcoming Terminator 2 T-800 rehash. The likeness on that doesn't seem significantly improved over the first one. On the other hand, I do think there was a fair amount of room for improvement on the DX-01 Joker, whereas the T-800 was already pretty spot-on. At the very least, I hope the seam where the hair piece covers the PERS stick is disguised better.
