It is even better when you ask them if I could contact their attorney directly and resolve the issue-they usually get flustered and say they do not want to bother them.

Here is their latest message to me. I guess they do not understand that they have until the 9th to issue a return and then eBay steps in to resolve it. I’ll keep sharing updates.
