is that is what it is. you can bet your bottom dollar there will be an investigation.
and with today's techniques and advancements in forensic science. good chance that the insurance company will get to the bottom of it.

def something fishy. from watching that news cast. it totally seemed staged to me for some reason.
plus form what i could see there was a ton of stuff taken. it def wasn't one person. had to be a group of people to be able to get in and out that quickly to take all that stuff.
and if it was a group of people or even one or two people. im surprised no one saw them. specially if the guy says it all happened between the hours of 3and 8pm

ill tell you right now. if a chihuahua weighed 100 lbs it would be the baddest dog on the planet.

i saw that dog attack and attach itself to a full grown rottie/dobie mix's throat and wouldn't let go or let up. chased that dog 4/10th of a mile down a dirt road. the big dog didn't know what to do. and stuck its tail between its legs and retreated. was one of the most amazing things i ever saw.

Signatures are totally a subjective value and hard to "prove" the value a collector thinks they are worth. Stan Lee's signature is pretty easy to get and to my knowledge he doesn't charge.
thanks N. im gonna check them out. i have a significant collection now. i just might have to insure them.

If it was someone who knew him, they likely also knew his normal schedule. If this wasn't perpetrated by a friend or acquaintance, it was an inside job.

I know a lot of people might consider your collectables as just stuff that was stolen. And most of it can be compensated or replaced. But as a collector myself, I truly know that a lot of these pieces have special meaning because of there rarity or even the personal connection when an artist or creator personally signed something for you. Some things can just not be replaced.

My wife has been telling me to insure my collection for a long time, now I will have to take an inventory on my collectibles and see what I can get.

I hope the guy is able to get some of his collection back. As a collector the equal value in cash is not the same.

Humans are virus. And its acts like these that further cement that stance of mine.
