This is sooooo much better than the Deathstroke(r) from before. I like it. Hopefully people other than Sonic take the plunge.

I need to see more product pics.... but right now feeling a bit deflated. We waited all this time and I was expecting more from the Deathstroke revisit.

The pose is fitting for an agility-based character like Nightwing. It doesn't scream Deathstroke to me. And maybe it's the angle but his right leg looks too small. The suit looks... fine. Definitely more modern aesthetic. The helmet looks great. I feel like arm and portrait switch-outs could add some cool points to the statue and maybe change the vibe. Like a sniper rifle and more classic portrait. But I'll wait for entire product reveal before committing my money.

Why, did they previously reveal him in a much better pose?

Looks pretty good overall. And yes, as others have said, this is MILES better than the prior Deathstroke SSC put out.

As much as I was sincerely wishing for a Classic Perez Deathstroke, the new one is a very good upgrade.
But honestly, I would have gotten the OG and be happy with it if he was not so small (even if he looked like a cosplayer).

P.S: Guess I will ignore the infamous "tippy-toe" as it looks like Slade's taking a stance before coming at Bats.

Uhhhhh?

That isn?t tippy toes. That?s pretty flat footed. Maybe at like a 2 degree angle. Hardly what I would compare to, say, Tweeterhead?s Batman.

Tweeter is the last, best chance, Perez Deathstroke fans have left. Two things can screw it up though. If Igo is the art director on it, that can be a major problem. He was the AD on the Deathstroker PF abomination. I have no confidence he'll get the job done on a true classic Perez Deathstroke. The other problem is Tweeter can release a phenomenal Perez Deathstroke in 1/6 scale but may not release one in 1/4 scale. Opportunities are quickly running out.

You’re pretty much at the mercy of the art directors of these companies. I’m thankful Chad is a classic DC fan though.
