Regardless...Prime's a pretty tough cookie.
Here he is facing Black Adam.

That`s why I voted for the corps Black Adam wasn`t even hurting this guy and Adam could kill Superman.

I voted Sinestro Corp under the assumption Odin still was dead. But if still kicking...?
I think that Odin could beat the majority of the S.Corps members with the possible exception of the big three.

I think in regards to Prime's invulnerability to magic, at least 25% is his ego. All Supermen have at least some weakness to magic, even Earth 2 Superman. I think that like E2 Supes, Prime has a limited weakness to magic, although I still think that Odin could exploit that and take him down.

I think the difficulty comes when we consider Parallax and the Anti-Monitor. Both of these villains have devastating reality destroying powers.

Parallax's biggest weakness is the body he hides in. Hal Jordan showed that Parallax is weakened by resistance from his host. Parallax could give Odin a run for his money I think, and this battle would be a toss-up.

Anti Monitor would annihilate Odin. More powerful than the destroyer of worlds, AM is the destroyer of realities. Able to siphon power from the dying universes, after his groundtroops destoryed Asgard, he could siphon that power and use it against the Norsefather.

I think many posters are overestimating Odin.

While powerful, I wouldn't consider Odin to be 10X or 100X as powerful as Thor.

Thanos fought Odin and almost matched him for power.

Zeus and Odin should be approximately of the same power level and a group of Avengers (Captain America, Black Knight, Wasp, Captain Marvel (Monica Rambeau), Submariner, She-Hulk, BA Thor) fought Zeus to a stand still. They lost but they were able to hold their own for a while. If Zeus was many factors of power above Thor, I doubt this would have been the case.

Rune Thor was more powerful than Odin ever was.

Also, it is easy to dismiss the other Asgardians as they are essentially just strong warriors with swords and shields, but to dismiss Surtur, Hela, Midgard Serpent is ridiculous. Anyone of these characters possess power on the level of Odin.

Let's not forget about the Destroyer.

I would never dismiss these characters, but a reality alterer CAN easily dismiss them.

It's those Heralds of the Anti Monitor that I mentioned that tip the scales, just awesome amounts of power.

The weakest member of the heralds is Hank Henshaw, and thats saying a lot.

Here he is facing Black Adam.

You are comparing Odin to Black Adam, ha ha. Odin is a Skyfather who creates things like Mjolnir and Storm Breaker. If Odin was in the DC universe he would be one of the gods that grant beings like Black Adam and Shazam their power. Odin has so many ways to defeat Superboy prime its just scary.
